I will remove lovingly compiled prose if you tell me it isn’t relevant to the plot or detracts from my heroine’s story. I will read and re-read the manuscript each time you send it to me. <BR/><BR/>But I would ask that you might make allowances for me being so close to my characters, some things I assume are a given, may not be obvious to a first time reader. That after the sixth read-through, I may still read things the way they are in my head and not what is on the page. Your perspective is vital, but most of all I want to know if you enjoyed reading my work, if you got lost in the period and if my characters and what happens to them affect you.
